Berlucchi America Import Co. Offices; 561 Broadway, NYC- New North American offices and warehouse area for a Italianproducer and importer of champagne. Berlucchi Warehouse; 134 Wooster Street, NYC- Zoning study and report. Cassa di Risoarmio di Torino Offices; 500 Park Avenue, NYC- New American Headquarters on Park Avenue for an Italian Banking firm based in Torino. Cohen Photographic Studio; 254 East 4th Street, NYC- Design a studio layout to house an office, kitchen, darkroom and space enough to house a room sized Polaroid camera. Community Access to the Arts; 40 Railroad Street, Gt. Barrington- New Studio and Offices for this Berkshires non profit organization. Community Access to the Arts; Great Barrington, MA- Alteration to the new Arts and Dance workshops space for this local non-profit organization. Corman (Burt) Photography Studio; NYC- Alteration to the office and production areas of this photographer’s studio. Dunhill Personnel Agency Offices; 20 East 46th Street, New York City- Proposal to redesign a corporate image for DunhillPersonnel Agency. Produce a catalog from which a selection of furniture, graphics, lighting and office module systems can provide a uniform image for the various franchise office throughout the country. Eden Hill Recreation Center; Stockbridge, MA- Alteration and rehabilitation to existing Swimming Pool and Gymnasium in this recreation facility. Eisner Camp for Judaic Studies, UAHC; Great Barrington, MA- Consultant for new outdoor eight lane competition sized swimming pool and design for an associated service building. Eisner Arts & Crafts Center; Gt. Barrington, MA- Proposal to convert an empty building and three connecting empty greenhouses into a camp arts & crafts center. Incorporate the central “green” formed by the series of buildings into an outdoor summer performance center by building a band shell. Eisner Camp;Dining Hall: Gt. Barrington, MA-Proposal to redesign the existing Dining Hall by upgrading and improving the kitchen equipment as well as the existing toilets and seating areas. Redirecting the flow of campers/diners and the point of contact with the serving area so that only part of the building can be used through the winter as a conference center. Elm Court Inn and Restaurant; North Egremont, MA- Conversion of the Inn to a two family dwelling. The Kitchen was reconfigured and designed to double in area, and the Bar area as well as several dining areas were reconfigured, while the rental apartment on the second floor was redesigned. The Kitchen and Rental Apartment wing were designed to be built as modular structures.

Fast Photo Inc.; One Exchange Plaza, New York City- Design for a 2 Hour photo developing/video rental store in the Wall Street area. East Coast Novelty Co., Inc.; Neversink, NY- A new storage building for a fireworks display firm. The “explosion proof” fireworks building was designed to store the fireworks used in their various displays. Fleischer Wig Showroom; 425 Fifth Avenue, New York City- Design for a midtown showroom that sells wigs. Displays of wig models are framed circular openings in a series of various colored modular units. Free Movies, Inc.; Buffalo NY, Albany NY- A portable movie theater environment with a portable movie projection unit, a portable collapsible screen unit all contained within a van. Toured a series of upstate New York cities. John Fülöp Associates Offices; 561 Broadway, NYC- New SOHO offices for our architectural firm in the top floor of the Landmark Singer building. Hickory Bill’s Restaurant; Great Barrington, MA- Structural alterations to this restaurant’s existing building. ILGWU Meeting Hall and Offices; Brooklyn, NY- Design for addition and alteration to an existing Union Hall building. Ledoux Sound Recording Studio; 36 Cooper Square, NYC- Design for a sound recording studio in an industrial building in the NOHO area of downtown Manhattan. Lingua Franca Magazine Offices; 22 West 38th Street, NYC- Design for new offices for the staff of this monthly magazine. Louis Guy'D Hair Salon; 41 East 57th Street, NYC- Design a new interior for this high profile midtown hair styling salon. Lau N. Produce Co.; 183 Mott Street, Little Italy, NYC- Restructuring, legalization of work, storage areas for this Produce wholesaler.

Mackenzie/Johnson Offices; 611 Broadway, NYC- Design private offices for this pair of psychotherapists. Alteration to the Law Offices of Margaret Baisley, Esq., 561 Broadway (10C); NYC. Maysles Films, Inc. Offices; 250 West 54th Street, NYC- Renovation to a small independent film company’s existing production and executive offices. McCall’s Pattern Exhibitions Booths; The Waldorf Astoria, NYC- A series of portable, temporary exhibit structures that featured cardboard panels, inflatable structures, slide films, etc. to highlight their new line of McCall’s merchandise.Mego Toy Showroom; 41 Madison Avenue, NYC- Design proposal for a showroom to exhibit the company’s latest line of toys. Mobile Home Industries Proposal for Ruder & Finn; NYC- One of five NYC architects chosen by this public relations firm to submit a proposal redesigning the entire line of this company’s mobile home units. Study and redesign their modules to allow for the combination of some standard units into larger structures. Specify how to improve the efficiency of their existing “quasi assembly line” construction technique. National Hotel, Block Island, RI- Consultation to redesign and restore parts of this Historic Landmark building. New Line Cinema Offices 1; 121 University Place, NYC- A small film distribution company’s first offices. Low budget design featured using cardboard tubes to create office “cubicles” as well as a “private” office for the president. New Line Cinema Offices 2; 853 Broadway, NYC- Second and much larger offices located around the corner from their first offices.; Oeno Restaurant - West Stockbridge, MA; Dr. Olivieri Offices: 12 Bedford Street., NYC- Alteration to the existing West Village offices for a general practitioner. Painting Conservation Studio; 361 West 36th Street, NYC- Reconfigure the layout of this painting conservation/restoration studio to improve to flow of work procedures, storage areas, etc.

Park Avenue Runner’s Club; Broadway and 8th Street, NYC- Design for an indoor 1/10 mile track with support facilities. Realty-Vest Offices: 438 West 37th Street, NYC- Alteration to existing offices for this real estate investment firm. Showscan Theater; 45th Street & Broadway, NYC- An alteration to the space occupied for years by the deco Bond clothing store. Design for a simulated New York City taxicab ride through the city on 70mm film complimented by seating modules that move in unison with the action on the screen. Al Smith Gutters, Inc.; Lenoxdale, MA- Design new offices and additional garage, warehouse space for this roofing and gutter contractor. Total Immersion Swim Studio - New Paltz, NY. Tranquillity Tanks; 141 Fifth Avenue, NYC- Design for a new, lower Fifth Avenue, multi-tank float facility. U.S. Lithograph Offices; 853 Broadway, NYC- New offices for this printing, computer programming firm. Waywest Health & Swim Club; Corner, West 12th and Washington Streets, NYC- A design for a new building with a competition sized swimming pool, a full sized gymnasium, racquetball and squash courts, weight and exercise rooms with support facilities and a restaurant overlooking the pool area. To be located in the West Village. 22-25 East 2nd Street Studio; NY, NY- Design for an alteration to an existing garage/storage building to house a photographic studio which features a room sized Polaroid Land camera. 240 West 37th Street; NYC- New Storefronts, Lobby, Building Entrance, First Floor Facade Study. 114 East 13th Street Development Corp., NYC- Design a new lobby for this converted residential co-op building.

ENERGY CONSERVATION PROJECTS:
Energy audits and conservation measures for the following facilities: Citibank Branch Office; Hicksville, NY- Design for a Solar Heating and Air Conditioning Roof System; Designed in conjunction with DAS Solar Systems, Inc., Brooklyn, NY. NY State University at Stonybrook; Energy Audit- Three buildings with a total area of 100,000 Sq.Ft. were studied. Recommendations for energy saving measures were made with consulting engineers Ambrosino and Depinto, N.Y. Roberto Clemente State Park, Recreation Building; Bronx, N.Y.; Energy Audit- One building with a total area of 55,000 Sq.Ft. was studied, energy saving measures were recommended. With consulting engineers Ambrosino and Depinto, NY. Flower Hospital; NYC; Energy Audit- Three buildings with a total area of 355,000 Sq.Ft. were studied. With consulting engineers Ambrosino and Depinto, NY. L.I. College Hospital; Brooklyn, NY; Energy Audit- Three buildings with a total area of 460,000 Sq.Ft. were studied.
